Training
MAYSEE provide client free training at factory for 3 days. The training content including MAYSEE product knowledge, wiring & control system operation, and daily maintenance.

Pre-sale service
MAYSEE can provide our client a complete lighting project solution and quotation, after collecting enough information from client.

Our 24hrs online service is set on the website, when click and get through, please provide following information:
i. Name and cellphone number
ii. Country
iii. Company
iv. Product model number


After-sale service
If some fault, the client can contact with related sales of MAYSEE, they will help you solve the problem of daily use which will save your time, and we also have after-sale service team, the sales will pass the fault details together with the project information to this team, then the problem will be solved by following ways:
i. Live chat online: Skype, MSN, QQ etc;
ii. Recording video to tell how to operation;
iii. Remote control of client’s PC(internet connection required);
For the fault parts, the client can send back to us for repair(free in warranty), then we send back to client, each party will bear the express fee at each side.

For big or complicated project, we can send engineer to the site(both domestic or abroad are ok) for installation guidance and debugging at the client’s requirement.

After-sale service scope:
Hardware fault, connector fault, control system fault, parts fault. There are free and paid service:

Free service:
i. Module and power fault;
ii. MAYSEE control system fault;
iii. MAYSEE system software fault.

Paid service:
i. The fault not caused by MAYSEE structure(eg: decoration structure)
ii. Faulty operation
iii. Nature disasters, force majeure
